Compared to other CFs, this one is quite nice. Good sized play area for the kids. Service as you would expect from a CL. A wee bit more religious-toned than other CLs as I was listening to Michael W Smith on the speakers but no biggie.

It's your usual hot, fresh, and tasty Chick-Fil-A. I just hate that I traveled waaaay to Lake Charles to end up eating here. Either way, the service is just as fast as all other locations. It's amazing how this chain is consistent!

Probably one of the most inconsistent CFA's I've ever been to. Most CFA's have quick, friendly service that goes beyond the norm for fast food chains. Here, the food is not always hot and you can spend up to 10 min in the drive thru and not get the fantastic service this company is known for.

Very friendly staff and pretty quick considering it was lunch time. Employees were smiling and happy. Wish there was more restaurants around, but still overall happy with them. And the food was pretty good.

I was there today and ordered in the drive thru. The two men that worked there clearly was never trained on how to put your food in the bag properly. They squeezed my two large meals into one kids size bag. I could not close the top so on my way home, my food went EVERYWHERE....all over my car. I was so mad because food is not cheap there. They need to train their employees better than this!

Have never had any complaints about this one. Food is always hot and freshly cooked, They are always super busy yet still take great care of their customers. Ordered a party tray (120 nuggets) on a Monday evening to be picked up the following morning. I arrived 30 minutes before the birthday party I ordered them for, and the manager learned that the ordered had been set for Thursday instead of Tuesday. Before I could even begin to stress, she was assuring me that she put a rush on it, and said it would be ready in 5 minutes. Amazing customer service!
